Hoe om dit te maak

Stap 1

Verhit die oond tot 425ºF. Plaas hoenderdye, velkant na onder, in 'n groot pan van gietyster wat liggies bedek is met kookspuit; sprinkel sout oor hoender. Rangskik aartappels rondom hoender. Kook oor medium, roer aartappels af en toe tot hoendervel bruin en bros is, 14 tot 16 minute.

Stap 2

Flip hoenderdye; plaas pan in oond. Bak by 425ºF totdat die hoender gaar is, 8 tot 10 minute. Plaas hoender en aartappels op 'n bord en hou soveel moontlik van die druppels in die pan.

Stap 3

Voeg preie en knoffel by die pan. Kook oor medium-hoog, roer gereeld tot 3 tot 5 minute tot geurig. Voeg Switserse snybiet, mosterd en asyn by; kook net tot verlep, 2 tot 3 minute. Strooi fyngedrukte rooi soetrissie oor. Sit voor saam met hoender en aartappels.
